Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely experience at the hotel. The rooms were fresh, airy, and comfortable, and the manager and bar staff were fantastic. The breakfast was superb. However, my room felt like a garden shed due to the small window, resulting in limited natural light.
The room lacked charm compared to the main hotel, and the heating constantly pumped out, making it very stuffy and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, it smelt fusty, and I discovered the fan was not working for our second night.
The hotel offers a spacious room but needs refurbishment, with some accessibility issues for guests with mobility challenges. The service was exceptional, making guests feel welcomed. The location is excellent for exploring the town and nearby attractions, though could benefit from minor maintenance. The dining experience was underwhelming, with room for improvement in breakfast options.
