I had a lovely experience at the hotel. The rooms were fresh, airy, and comfortable, and the manager and bar staff were fantastic. The breakfast was superb. However, my room felt like a garden shed due to the small window, resulting in limited natural light.

The room lacked charm compared to the main hotel, and the heating constantly pumped out, making it very stuffy and uncomfortable. Upon arrival, it smelt fusty, and I discovered the fan was not working for our second night.

The service was exceptional as they refunded me £100 without me even asking. The staff was attentive, even spraying tables around us while we were having breakfast. The manager was a lovely person and made our stay for a wedding very enjoyable.
